30-day returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund – return shipping is on us.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.
How refunds work
Once your return arrives and is inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
