Orders & pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order we will contact you before processing payment.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, Klarna and Link, processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order.
Shipping
Shipping is free Australia-wide. Delivery timeframes on our Shipping Policy page are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
